Capital Ford in Raleigh recently joined an elite group of Ford dealers by winning the President’s Award and Triple Crown from Ford Motor Company. This award demonstrates excellence across the entire dealership operation.
The President’s Award is given to dealerships with the highest level of customer satisfaction in both sales and service. Dealers must earn the President’s Award, Sales Leadership and Premier Club Awards in the same year to receive the prestigious Triple Crown Award.
Out of 4500 Ford dealers in the nation only 21 dealers won the Triple Crown. Capital Ford of Raleigh was the only dealer to win this prestigious award in Ford’s Atlanta Region, consisting of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.
“The Capital Ford team has exceeded customer expectations every day in every department for the last year. This feat took hard work and total commitment to reach this winning level of excellence. It is truly an incredible accomplishment by our entire team,” Tim Michael, dealer principal.
Capital Ford of Raleigh will be visited by Ford Motor Company officials on Tuesday, May 18th to present the Triple Crown awards. The Parts and Service’s awards will be presented at 11:00am. The Sales, Truck Center, Body Shop and Administration’s awards will be presented at 12:00
Capital Ford has consistently been one of the top Ford dealers not only in the Carolinas, but in the United States. They were also one of the first dealers to achieve Blue Oval Certification. In 2009 Capital Ford was awarded the Premier Club Award for Parts and Service performance in 2008 and the TOP 100 Sales award for sales performance in 2008.
