University Automotive has announced their recent expansion of a new Kia franchise. The new franchise, known as University Kia, is located in downtown Durham next to the Durham Bulls ballpark. This expansion demonstrates University Automotive’s strengthening presence in the Triangle’s competitive automotive market.
“Kia vehicles have a track record of proven reliability and higher resale values. Kia will be coming out with four new vehicles in 2009 and we’re excited to have the Kia addition to the University Automotive family,” says Tony Fisher, owner of University Automotive.
University Kia will be joining University Automotive’s group, already consisting of 3 stores. University Ford is located on Julian Carr Street in downtown Durham, University Ford North is located on North Roxboro Road in Durham, and University Ford Chapel Hill is located on Ephesus Church Road in Chapel Hill.
University Automotive is marketed by Sokal Media Group, a local advertising agency. Sokal Media Group will assist University Kia in planning a grand opening celebration soon.
